Effective July 22, 2026
This policy describes how Envoi HQ handles information when providing its AI sales intelligence platform.
This policy covers Envoi HQ accounts, websites, dashboards, APIs, and customer-configured agent features. Envoi HQ controls account, billing, security, and service-usage information. For contacts, conversation content, and other data placed in a customer workspace, the customer determines the purpose of processing and Envoi HQ acts as its service provider or processor.
We process account and organization details, contacts and content submitted to a workspace, conversations, agent configuration, integration settings, billing identifiers, support communications, and security and usage telemetry. We receive this information from users, workspace administrators, configured integrations, and the devices used to access the service.
We use information to authenticate users, isolate workspaces, provide and support AI-assisted conversations and integrations, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, communicate about the service, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use customer content for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When a customer enables SMS, recipients opt in through the method disclosed by that customer, including by initiating a text conversation. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers, including Twilio, only as needed to deliver the messaging service, prevent abuse, support recipients, or comply with law.
Depending on the features a customer enables, the service may transmit or store data with Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing, Twilio for messaging or voice, Pinecone for configured knowledge retrieval, the AXIØM Kernel and its configured model provider for governed AI processing, and customer-selected integrations. These providers process data for their assigned service role.
We use tenant-scoped authorization, encryption in transit, application-encrypted integration credentials, signed webhook validation, and operational logging. No system is risk-free. We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service; we then delete or de-identify it under the applicable operational process.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information, subject to identity verification and contractual or legal limits. Workspace owners are responsible for requests concerning contact and conversation data they control. You may also opt out of non-essential service communications while continuing to receive transactional or security notices.
Envoi HQ is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children's personal information to the service.
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when required by law.
