These terms govern access to Envoi HQ. By using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Envoi HQ provides hosted AI agent, conversation, contact, integration, and analytics tools. The service is currently evolving and features may be identified as beta, preview, or experimental. You must be at least 18, have authority to bind the organization you represent, provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for activity in your workspace.
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, send unlawful or deceptive communications, bypass security or usage controls, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to another workspace or system.
You retain rights in data you submit and authorize Envoi HQ and its processors to handle that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for required notices, consents, suppression lists, recording disclosures, and messaging or privacy compliance for your use case.
If you opt in to an Envoi HQ-powered SMS program by initiating a text conversation or through another disclosed consent method, you agree to receive conversational customer-support replies, requested follow-ups, and service or account messages from the applicable business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Customers that enable SMS must honor these requirements and the Privacy Policy.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for reviewing output and for decisions, messages, offers, and actions made from it. Kernel governance signals are evidence about processing, not a guarantee of factual accuracy or business outcome.
Paid features, prices, billing intervals, and limits follow the plan shown at checkout or in an applicable order. Subscriptions renew for the displayed interval until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the available account or support process; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an order. Failed payment or plan expiry may reduce access to paid capacity.
Optional features depend on third-party services and customer-configured accounts. Their availability and separate terms are controlled by those providers. You authorize Envoi HQ to exchange the information needed to operate each integration you enable.
Envoi HQ and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for your internal business purposes. If you provide feedback, you authorize us to use it without restriction or compensation.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envoi HQ disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or stop material abuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
